Guardians of the Nepisiguit River - Protecting Wild Atlantic Salmon since 1976
A legacy of Stewardship
The Nepisiguit Salmon Association (NSA) is dedicated to the conservation, restoration, and long-term sustainability of Wild Atlantic Salmon in the beautiful Nepisiguit River watershed of New Brunswick.
For centuries, the Nepisiguit River has been one of Atlantic Canada’s most iconic Salmon Rivers. Like many rivers in the region, it now faces growing environmental pressures. Our mission is clear: protect critical habitat, support science based management, and work closely with the Pabineau First Nation, along with other conservation and government partners. We also recognize the cultural and recreational importance of fly fishing for wild Atlantic salmon, and strive to ensure that this tradition can continue responsibly.
Our goal: to ensure that future generations can experience the privilege of seeing Wild Salmon return home and the joy of fishing responsibly for them with a fly rod.
